The DMV is Brutal, Even Online

There is no greater way to test one’s patience and sanity than a trip to the Department of Motor Vehicles. The waiting, the endless lines, the generally unfriendly faces. You all know what I mean. So when I found out that I could renew my registration on the DMV’s website, I jumped at the opportunity to avoid a painful in-person visit. Of course, in true DMV fashion, this did not go off without a hitch. Take a look at what happened when I got to the final stage of the process, the checkout:

Everything is blank! How exactly am I supposed to finish the purchase if I don’t know what to fill in? It reminds me of a very simliar problem we came across on the Donna Morgan website recently. In any case, I hope it’s just a temporary glitch. Otherwise, I may have to take a number…
