Today AT&T finds itself in the Ecommerce Outtakes Lion’s Den. Why exactly? Well, mainly for teasing users with a cool feature that doesn’t work. Take a look:
I’m looking to upgrade my phone, so I logged into my account and began shopping around on AT&T’s ecommerce site. On the product page for the Samsung Galaxy S III, I saw that in order for me to get an idea of the size of the device, I could compare it to some common objects. What does this phone look like in relation to a credit card, for example? I wanted to find out, so I clicked.
Unfortunately, instead of showing me a size comparison, this site just showed me some broken image links. How frustrating! If you’re going to offer this feature, AT&T, at least make sure it works.
